Probiotic Supplements: Where Does Your Probiotic Supplement Rank?

The kind of probiotic supplement that you take makes a big difference in how effective your immune system and digestive system is. There are many different probiotic supplements out there, and a lot of them are better than others. I've gone over the qualities that your best probiotic supplement should have here, but I wanted to clarify that more with some examples.

A lot of probiotics have many weird storage requirements and can be a hassle to deal with. Also, it's fairly cheap costing right around twenty dollars. If you were just walking into the store and had to deal with a bunch of different probiotics, you would walk away from the experience having a pretty do probiotic, not the best, but certainly not the worst supplement you could buy.

Better Probiotic Supplement: Evora Plus Probiotics for Oral Care

They have a special use, which I really like, and never really thought about until I came across them. Evora Plus Probiotics are for your mouth. They keep your breath fresh and your mouth clean, and while they a little expensive for just a "breath mint", it is basically the only probiotic breath mint on the market, and works like magic. It goes beyond killing off bad breath and even helps keep your mouth healthy due to the probiotics. Most mouth washes just kill off all the bacteria, including the good ones.

Best Probiotic Supplement: Probiotic Immune Boost

probioticbottle2 The reason I really enjoy this supplement is because while it is more of your "average" probiotic, there are a few things that set it a part. The first is that it has 6 Billion CFUs of bacteria, which, is one of the main things to look for in a probiotic supplement. The amount of bacteria, which I have said here. Another thing this probiotic supplement has is multiple strains of bacteria, which is also a good sign. But, the thing I like most about this supplement is that you can try it for free. This is especially good because they give you about a months supply, which if you're eating healthy and just need some probiotics to fix up a skin condition or want to boost your digestive system, is plenty. You wouldn't even need to spend a dime to get a high quality probiotic. Which is why I think Probiotic Immune Boost is one of the best probiotic suplements around.

WebMD Even Knows That Probiotics Are Good For You

Well, it looks like even WebMD knows that probiotics can help treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBD. Just recently, WebMD talked about how nearly 1 million people in America have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and that if you are one of those people, than taking probiotics could help you out greatly.  If you don’t know if you could have IBD, here are some of the symptoms. Abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, and rectal bleeding.

The article talked about how there was a study that shows how bacillus polyfermenticus was found to lessen the symptoms that I listed above and even encourage the growth of new blood vessels.

Have Diarrhea, Try Probiotics

One of the main benefits of probiotics is that they can pretty much annihilate any problems with diarrhea that you may be experiencing.

Most people experience diarrhea these days when they are children, eat some spoiled food, travel, or get sick.

But the root of the diarrhea problem is essentially all caused by one common factor – bad bacteria in the digestive tract.

The main treatment for diarrhea is to just wait it out. This does work, but it seems to take just a little bit longer than I would like.

Diarrhea happens so that your body can flush it self of some bad bugs that are messing with your system, so that’s why, sort of like a fever, you have to wait it out.

What The Experts Say

Experts just tell you to avoid getting dehydrated, eat some yogurt, and stick to eating certain foods until the diarrhea passes over. But, there is a way to help get over diarrhea much, faster.


Diarrhea happens because your body has some bad bugs inside it that it’s trying to flush out, so if there was another way to flush out the bad bugs, then the diarrhea would stop sooner.

The Solution

Fortunately, there is a way to do just that with probiotics. It’s pretty simple really.
